A . No, you don't need to; it's it totally up to you if you want to be home or not while we clean your home.
Q. . Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
A . We bring our own cleaning products; however, it is your home, and we'll clean it the way you like it, so if you prefer that we use your own products, we will use those instead of ours.
A . We will send you the invoice to your email and you will pay your bill online.
Q. . What is your cacellation policy?
A . We ask that you please give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Q. . Do you steam clean my carpets?
A . Vacuuming your carpets is part of our cleaning service; steam cleaning is one of the services we offer for an additional fee (fee based on number of carpeted areas).
